Habitat day at Skopje Fair

                              Every family deserves descent and comfortable home

 

            With the message “Habitat day –get all partner families together” all partner families of the NGO “Habitat for Humanity: and the Savings House Moznosti got together on the party that was held on 9-th of September at the sport recreation center “Action Park” at Skopje Fair.
            The Savings House Moznosti together with “Habitat for Humanity” help the families that have income or have their own business by approving small loans for reconstruction and renovation of substandard homes.
               Karolinche and Ljupcho Eftemovi received special acknowledgment as a family that most effectively used their loan funds.
            Eftemovi are from Skopje and they used their loan for widening and renovation of their house in Radishani. 

         People can apply for Habitat loans only in Moznosti, in all its branches throughout the country.

            With these loans we help people to better their life conditions. The purpose of the loans is the following:
-         reconstruction of roof
-         moist
-         not enough space for living
-         installation and reconstruction of electricity, waterworks
-         installation of central heating
-         reconstruction of toilets
-         better isolation of every type

       One family can get maximum 4.000 euros in denar counter value with 60 months repayment period. For a loan of 4.000 euros with 5 years of repayment period the monthly installment is 87.97 euros ( 5.402 MKD) with handling charges included. 

       At the Savings House Moznosti above 150 are being disbursed with amount of  over 505.000 euros
